We design, build, renovate, manage and rent properties in the UK and the Caribbean on behalf of our investors and clients.
Our primary areas of focus are Marlborough to Cirencester including Swindon in the UK and the Island of Barbados in the South East Caribbean.

- Our own workshops and storage make deployment of our craft simple, by storing and managing our work from one location in each country. This allows us to carefully build and schedule our work, around you, around the weather and buying when prices are at their most competitive - reducing issues and curveballs in the process of creating incredible spaces - for you to work, to live and to relax.
- Proven reputation delivering not only incredible designs, but finished projects, including the management of planning permission, building regulations and negotiations both with local councils, regulators, planners and your neighbours.
- Long standing landlord of both commercial and residential properties with a deep understanding of our tenants needs and, as importantly the buildings requirements to create effective working and living space including energy efficiency, acoustics, amenities and materials to perfectly suit their use.
